Before you start - this is a pilot, and here’s how your information is handled
This is a demonstration pilot, temporarily hosted by Jerts Consulting Inc. at a jerts.com address while the pilot runs.
What is collected. If you add an initiative or register interest, the app collects your name, email address and organisation. Every question you ask is stored with a timestamp - that record is part of what the pilot is for.
Who can see it. PMB administrators can read recent questions in full and export all of them. Jerts operates the database, so our technical staff can access it in the course of running the service.
All of it is collected for People Minded Business. PMB owns it.
The pilot runs on infrastructure operated by Jerts Consulting Inc. on PMB’s behalf. To answer your questions, the text you submit is sent to Microsoft Azure OpenAI for processing.
Jerts does not use your information for its own purposes and does not keep it after the pilot ends. PMB retains it.
Please don’t enter other people’s personal information, or anything confidential, that isn’t needed to describe the work.
